| 摘 要： | 二战后不久,世界格局就形成了以美、苏为两极的争霸态势。面对东北亚地区复杂的形势,美国在此举棋不定,实行较为温柔的政策,等待"尘埃落定"。但随着朝鲜战争的爆发,美国开始调整其策略,从而形成了前后政策巨大的反差。

| Abstract: | Soon after World War II,the world is formed with two poles of the United States and the Soviet Union contending for hegemony. In the face of the complicated situation in the region of Northeast Asia,the United States hesitate to practice a more gentle policy and wait for "dust to dust,ashes to ashes".But with the explosion of the Korean War,the United States started to adjust its strategies,thus it is easy to perceive the contrast between its policies. |
