| Abstract: | The purpose of this article is to explore the solutions to this contradiction between the scarcity and the demand infinity in those resources,from two aspects of optimized allocation and reasonable use,via analysis of the connotation and the use of the college sports resources.It provides the theoretical reference for further playing the effectiveness on the college sports resources. |
