葡萄糖、丙酮、丙酮酸对血小板和红细胞电泳的影响

摘    要:通过用细胞电泳方法观察葡萄糖、丙酮、丙酮酸对血浆中血小板、红细胞电泳时间的影响.结果表明,葡萄糖对血小板、红细胞的电泳减缓率影响不明显,而丙酮及丙酮酸对血小板、红细胞的电泳减缓率影响显著.

Abstract:Effects of glucose,acetone and pyruvate on the surface of platelets and erythrocytes were studied by means of cell electrophoresis method.The experiment results are reported as follows:the effect of glucose on the surface of platelets and erythrocytes is low,but the effects of acetone and pyruvate are large,therefore acetone and pyruvate are important elements effected the platelets and erythrocytes.
