| 摘 要： | 通过调查分析目前高校师德师风建设中出现的问题，提出对策，即：强化教师角色意识，加强学习古今中外教师职业道德的理论知识，学校要创造师德师风培养的宽松环境，关心和爱护教师是高校师德师风建设的基本前提。

| Abstract: | Analyzing through investigations the existing problems in cultivating teachers＇ moral integrity and conduct, this paper comes up with some enhance the theoretical study of teacher＇ reach the goal, schools are supposed to ; i.e., to fortify the sense of the role as a teacher; to professional ethics, both ancient and present, Chinese and foreign; to create a flee environment; top priority should be given to the care and love for teachers in cultivating their moral integrity and conduct. |
