| 摘 要： | 激励机制是在系统的制度前提下，以主体问互相满足为动力。自动自发调节主体为实现期望的目标而积极行动。地方新建本科院校对专任教师的激励要着力于机制建设，针对目前存在的一些问题，提出完善激励机制的若干思路。

| Abstract: | Incentive mechanism, motivated by mutual satisfaction between subjects and regulating subjects spontaneously, is an active operation to fulfill desired prospects on the basis of systematic institutions. Newlybuilt local universities should attach importance to the establishment of incentive mechanism for teaching staff and put forward some suggestions on solving present problems and perfecting incentive mechanism. |
