| 摘 要： | 科学发展观赋予中国特色社会主义行政文化丰富的内涵。以科学发展观指导中国特色社会主义行政文化的建设，最主要的应做到：努力提高认识，确立为人民服务的核心价值观；大力发展社会生产力，加快行政体制改革；通过制度创新和理论创新，不断地赋予社会主义行政文化以新的时代特征和内涵，使其始终保持社会主义行政文化的先进性。

| Abstract: | The scientific development concept endows Chinese-characteristic socialism administration culture with abundant meanings. Using the scientific development concept to guide the construction of Chinese-characteristic socialism administration culture should do that as below. Firstly, try to improve understanding of the concept and then establish the core value of Chinese-characteristic socialism administration culture. Secondly, develop the social productivity vigorously and speed up the reformation of administrative system to provides the material foundation. Thirdly, endow the socialism administration culture with characteristics and meaning of new age constantly through system innovation and theory innovation to maintain the advanced nature. |
