南昆铁路广西段沿线城镇建设与发展

目前南昆铁路广西段沿线的城镇建设滞后，针对 南昆铁路广西段沿线城镇建设的状况，研究和分析了沿线城镇建设与发展存在的主要问题及 发展的动力机制；并提出沿线城镇发展的措施与对策：（1）对铁路沿线城镇进行科学规划 和管理；（2）城镇的建设要因地制宜、合理分工、凸现城镇自身的特色；（3）强化基础设 施建设、优化投资环境、建立有效的融资机制；（4）进一步提高劳动者素质、用科技进步 来促进城镇的发展；（5）改革户籍管理，鼓励有一技之长的农村经济能人到城镇发展；（6 ）注重城镇环境保护、使城镇人口、资源、环境、经济协调发展。

On Town Building and Development in Guangxi Section on Nanning- Kunming Railway

Till now the town building and development in Guang xi on Nanning-Kunming Railway is detained. This article is analysis of the main problems and mechanism of building and development,with presntation of developme nt measures and strategies,i.e.(1)Bringing scientific planning and management to the relevant towns;(2)Building on local conditions,reasonable divisions and ind ividual features;(3)Strengthening infrastructure bettering investmental environm ent and setting up an efficient capitalized mechanism;(4)Promoting the laborer's quality with advanced science and technique to reach its development;(5)Reformi ng the household registration,encouraging rural workers with speciality to the u rban;(6)Paying much attention to ecodevelopment.
