西部城市居民社区文化建设的关键是提升社区居民的主体意识

社区文化建设问题是目前国内学术界讨论的一个热点话题。由于我国西部城市社区结构性、体制性、实质性、社会性等原因，在社区文化建设中，居民的主体意识不能突显。要改变这种状况，需要进一步优化社区结构、深化基层行政体制改革、丰富社区文化活动的内容、创新文化活动的形式，通过宣传教育手段培育居民的主体意识。

Promotion of Residents' Subjective Consciousness in the Construction of Community Culture in Western Regions of China

The construction of community culture is a hot topic in the domestic academic circle.The author holds that,owing to the structure,system,essence,and sociality of the community,residents' subjective consciousness cannot stand out in the construction of community culture.In order to change this situation,we need to further optimize the community structure,strengthen the reform of administrative organs at the basic level,enrich the community cultural activities and renovate the forms of cultural activities so as to cultivate residents' subjective consciousness through publicity and education.
