黄雀古纹状体粗核及壳区对呼吸和发声的影响及其神经支配

摘    要:电刺激鸣禽黄雀(Carduelis Spinus)古纹状体粗核(RA)和RA壳区,再用生物素标记的葡聚糖胺(BDA)示踪剂对其纤维联系进行研究,以了解RA及其壳区对发声和呼吸的影响及其神经支配.结果表明:(1)电刺激RA的不同区域及RA壳区均引起鸣叫反应,随着刺激强度的增加,发声强度也增加.(2)电刺激落位于吸气相时,使吸气转化为呼气并产生鸣叫;电刺激落位于呼气相时,使呼气延长并产生鸣叫.(3)RA发出纤维支配中脑背内侧核(DM)和延髓的舌下神经核气管鸣管部(nXIIts),RA壳接受HVc壳、端脑听区L1、L3的传入投射,发出纤维支配中脑背外侧核(MLd)与中脑丘间核(ICo)的界面区.结果提示:RA和RA壳区可能通过DM、nXIIts和MLd/ICo界面区,对发声和呼吸起协调配合作用.

Abstract:The effects of electrically stimuating the nucleus robustus archistriatalis (RA) and RA cup on vocalization and respiration were observed in the oscine bird,Carduelis Spinus.The neural pathways of these effects were investigated by employment of a ncuronal tracer,biotinatcd-dcxtran-aminc (BDA).The results were as follows:(1) Electrical stimulation of RA and RA cup has caused vocal response.The vocalization increased with the increasing intensity of stimulation.(2) Respiratory phase transferred expiratory phase and vocalization were produced when electrical stimulations were in the respiratory phase,whereas the prolongation of expiratory phase was caused and vocalization was produced when electrical stimulations were in the expiratory phase.(3) RA sent fibers to nucleus dorsalis medialis (DM) and nucleus hypoglossi,pars tra-chcosyringealis (nXIIts).RA cup received efferent projections from HVC shelf and auditory Field L1 and L3 in the telencephalon,and it,in turn,sent fibers to MLD/ICo interface.The results suggested that RA and RA cup exevted influence on the coordinating vocalization and respiration through DM,nXIIts and MLd/ICo interface which were previously identified to be involved in the vocalization and respiration.
