多自由度多行星架周转轮系的基本回路算法

摘    要:利用图论知识,可将多自由度多行星架周转轮系的复杂结构简化为拓扑图.根据拓扑图建立所有基本回路的回路线性方程,解方程之后可对轮系进行运动分析.只有当构件的两轴线平行时,两轴的转速才能代数相加减.当齿轮和行星架的轴线不平行时,提出了两对标准直齿圆锥齿轮的基本回路方程.基本回路算法解决了由于结构复杂使运动分析陷入困难的问题,线性方程的求解能在计算机上容易地实现.

Abstract:The complicated structure of the epicyclical gear train with multidegrees of freedom and planet carriers could be predigested into the topological graph by adopting the knowledge of graph theory.By means of the topological graph,the linear equations of all fundamental circuits are established and a motion analysis is carried out after those linear equations have been solved.It is only in the condition of parallel two axes that their angular velocity can mathematically add or subtract each other.Fundamental circuit equations of two pairs of standard conical gears are brought forward when the axes of gear and planet carrier are not parallel.The arithmetic can solve the difficult problem of making the motion analysis.As far as the linear equations are concerned,computer can easily solve them.
