| 摘 要： | 介绍了建筑能耗分析及节能标准的现状，提出了建筑节能评估系统软件开发的基本模型。该模型由输入输出模块、工程数据库模块、建筑能耗分析模块、智能分析模块、节能设计模块、节能评估模块、主控模块七部分组成。同时将集成化和智能化思想贯穿于软件开发的整个过程，并通过计算机编程实现了其中的部分功能。

| Abstract: | The situation of buildings energy consumption and the standardization of buildings energy efficiency were introduced. The basic model of software development for buildings energy efficiency was proposed. The model consists of in/out module,engineering data module,intelligent analysis module,building energy analysis module,energy efficiency design module,energy efficiency assess module,chief control module.At the same time,the integrative and intellignet idea in the software promotion was exploited,and part of the idea is realized by computer programming. |
