| 摘 要： | "工学结合"是高职教育人才培养模式的创新,对于深化教学改革、提炼专业特色、创建特色品牌的高职院校具有重要的推动作用.详细阐述"工学结合"人才培养模式的内涵和意义,并根据中国高职教育的特点,从高职教育的教育理念、专业结构、课程设置、教学体系等方面入手对高职人才培养模式进行探索与实践,并已取得初步成效。

| Abstract: | The study on the model of developing talents based on "combination of practice and learning" is an innovation for higher vocational education,which has an important role in deepening education reform,building professional characteristics and creating symbolic brands of higher vocational schools.This paper elaborates on the connotation of the model of developing talents based on "combination of practice and learning" and its importance.United the actual situation of higher education in our country,the paper also carries out the exploration and practice of the model of developing talents based on "combination of practice and learning" in higher vocational education through educational ideal,specialties and curriculum setting and education system,which has achieved preliminary results. |
