H型电解槽中苯的直接电氧化

摘    要:在H型电解槽中, 以苯为原料, 硫酸为支持电解质, 二氧化铅为阳极, 石墨为阴极, 直接电氧化合成对苯醌. 对阳极材料、 阴极材料、 支持电解质、 电流密度、 pH值、 苯浓度、 电解温度、 电解时间和电极面积等诸多影响电解的因素进行了研究, 确定了由苯直接电解合成对苯醌的最佳条件.

Abstract:In an H type of electrolytic cell, with benzene as the starting material, H_2SO_4 as the supporting electrolyte, PbO_2 as the anode material, graphite as the cathode material, para quinone was synthesized by means of the direct electrooxidation technique. We studied all the affecting factors on direct electrooxidation of benzene, such as anode and cathode materials, supporting electrolyte, current density, pH value, concentration of benzene, temperature of electrolysis, time of electrolysis, surface area of electrode and so on, and obtained the good electrosynthetic conditions.
