木塑复合材料的加工技术

摘    要:木塑复合材料的加工技术是把塑料、木质纤维(稻壳、木屑等)与助剂一起熔融、混炼制成颗粒,再挤出成型的一种技术.由于该种材料比木材和塑料具有更优异的性能,所以被广泛应用于许多领域.本文详细论述了木塑复合材料的加工技术及应用前景,并分析了研究中的关键问题.

Abstract:The processing technology of wood plastics composites(WPC) is the technology that plastics and wood fiber are melted and extruded together with chemistry assistant agents.With better property than wood and plastics,the composites have been widely applied in many fields.The processing technolgy and application of WPC are introduced and the key matters in the study of WPC are summarized in this paper.The development and utilization of WPC are expected to have favorable social and economical benefits.
