高校心理健康教育"问题-领悟"式教学模式的构建

摘    要:当前高校心理健康教育课程教学模式存在教学理念落后、课程定位不准、教学目标偏差等弊端,影响了心理健康课程的教学效果。“问题—领悟”式教学模式是一种适合于高校心理健康教育教学模式,它从高校的特点和学生的实际出发,以师生互动的教学理念为指导,以健全的自我意识为培养目标,把心理健康教育课程定位在心理辅导的位置上,建构起教师讲解基本知识—引导学生反思问题—师生共同讨论问题—学生产生领悟”的基本结构。

Abstract:At present the teaching model of the psychological health education course has drawbacks such as backwardness in the teaching conception, incorrect positioning of the course and deviation of the teaching goal, etc., which influence the teaching effect of the psychological health education course. The "problem-understanding" teaching model is suitable for the teaching of psychological health education course. Considering the characteristics of colleges and students' reality, it regards the teaching conception of interaction of teachers and students as the guide and perfect self consciousness as the training goal and puts the psychological health education course on the position of psychological tutoring. It constructs the basic structure on which the teachers teach the basic knowledge, guide students to reflect on problems, discuss problems along with students and make student understand them.
