| 摘 要： | 自行车运动早已全面登上世界竞技体育赛坛,我国自行车运动水平也在不断提高,但人们对少年自行车运动员进行科学训练的研究还比较薄弱。以少年自行车运动员为实验对象,研究阶段专项训练对其生理、生化机能的影响,探索运动训练对少年自行车运动员身体机能影响的规律,为我国自行车运动科学训练提供一些理论依据。
