摘    要:以蚕豆根尖为试材,不同浓度的醋酸铅和氯化汞为受检物,探讨重金属Pb2+和Hg2+对蚕豆根尖细胞的微核效应。结果表明:Pb2+和Hg2+均能诱发蚕豆较高的微核率,且微核率随溶液浓度升高而增加,但当高于一定浓度后,微核率反而有下降的趋势。因此,蚕豆可以作为快速检测环境中Pb2+和Hg2+遗传毒性的材料。

Abstract:Micronucleus effects of the heavy metal ions Pb2+and Hg2+ on Vicia faba root cells were investigated with different concentrations of lead acetate and mercuric chloride.The results showed that within certain range of concentrations,both Pb2+ and Hg2+ can induce high micronucleus frequency(MCNF)of Vicia faba root cells with a dose dependent manner,however,MCNF was found not to increase in a linear pattern with high Pb2+ and Hg2+ concentration.So Vicia faba could be used as the material for fast detection of the genotoxicity of Pb2+ and Hg2+ in enviroment.
