| 摘 要： | 目的:研究当前云南省医学院校辅导员队伍建设的现状及存在的问题并提出针对性建议。方法:采用自编的调查问卷和访谈的方式对昆明医学院、云南中医学院、大理学院、云南医学高等专科学校的辅导员队伍建设情况进行测查和了解。结果:尽管云南省医学院校在加强辅导员队伍建设方面取得了一定的成效,但是还存在着队伍结构不合理、准入制度不完备、管理绩效低、培养机制缺乏、考核制度不客观、人员流动机制缺失的问题。结论:应从完善选聘机制、培训机制、管理机制、展业机制4个方面入手解决云南省医学院校辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题。
