| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍大理学院药学专业在实践教学环节中的做法和举措。方法:在实践教学中要立足地方,要与区域经济、社会发展紧密结合,以社会需求和就业为导向,构建经济、社会发展需要的实践课程体系,改革实践课程的教学内容,加强实践课程、教材和师资队伍建设。结果:以实际工作能力培养为主线,构建实践教学平台,突出学生实践能力、创新思维能力和社会适应能力的培养。结论:通过以上措施,提高了学生的实践能力、创新思维能力和社会适应能力。
