| 摘 要： | 目的:分析福贡县2006年—2008年法定报告传染病网络直报质量,探求更为科学的管理方法。方法:通过《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》的子系统《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》获取福贡县所辖卫生医疗保健机构2006年—2008年报告法定传染病报告卡,导出Excel格式,进行相关指标的比较分析。结果:2006年—2008年未及时报告率分别为49.68%、48.26%、和20.45%,未及时审核率分别为16.24%、7.36%和2.75%。结论:福贡县法定传染病网络直报质量2008年比2006年有显著提高,直报率达100%,法定传染病在报告及时性和完整性方面以及审核及时性和报告准确性方面都有所提高。
