| 摘 要： | 阐述了基于微GIS的管理信息系统设计基本思想:在MIS研发过程中加入微GIS的内容,使得MIS具备GIS大部分功能的基础上,通过简化空间实体的某些细节信息达到缩短开发周期,减少开发费用等目的。讨论了基于该思想的租赁管理信息系统设计过程,提供了微GIS融入MIS设计过程中部分技术问题的解决方案。该系统已经成功应用于上海华谊集团属下上海华谊房产租赁管理有限公司。

| Abstract: | We describe the design idea of MIS based on micro GIS.In the integration micro GIS with MIS which makes MIS to be capable of GIS,we should simplify some detail information of space entity in GIS to shorten the project development period and reduce development expense.We also discuss the design process of house rent MIS based on the idea and provide solutions for some technical issues which caused by integrated micro GIS into MIS.Finally,the house rent MIS has been successfully applied in Shanghai Huayi house rent management limited company which is affiliated with Shanghai Huayi Group. |
