摘    要:建立T型管液压成形的有限元分析模型,对成形支管高度和管壁厚度的分布进行了模拟,与试验结果的比较证实了该模型的有效性.提出了综合反映T型管件液压成形性能的评价指数,对在不同的材料各向异性系数r值、应变强化指数”值以及不同加载路径、摩擦系数等工艺参数下的T型管件液压成形分别进行计算分析,讨论了这些因素对成形性能的影响.研究结果为有限元方法在管件液压成形中的应用奠定了一定基础.

Abstract:A finite element method(FEM) model was developed to simulate the T-shaped tube hydroforming process(THF).In the simulation model,the protrusion height and the wall thickness distribution on tube formability are calculated.The comparison between the simulation results and the experimental ones show that the model is effective and reliable.An integrated index to estimate the formability of the T-shaped THF was proposed.The formability of the THF corresponding to different effect factors such as the plastic anisotropy parameter r,the strain hardening exponent n of material as well as the loading paths and the friction coefficient was discussed.Based on it,the tube hydroforming process can be analyzed numerically.
