| 摘 要： | 商业物业是物业管理的一种形式之一,受房地产开发热的影响,近年来我国商业物业在开发与管理上存在较大的盲目性。本文仅就目前商业物业发展存在的客流不旺,租户难求.管理乏力问题,分析其原因,并提出相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | Commercial property is a form of property management of the impact of real estate development,commercial property in China in recent years in the development and management of existing larger blindness. This article will present the property development business passengers not prosperous,it is difficult to find tenants,weak management problems,the analysis of its causes and propose appropriate measures to resolve it. |
