| 摘 要： | 采用光学显微镜观察果麻横 （Ephedra przewalskii Stapf）、草麻黄（E.sinica Stapf）的染色体，按全国第一次植物染色体学术讨论会建议的标准进行核型分析，研究结果表明，膜果麻黄的体细胞染色体数目2n＝14，核型2n＝14＝6n 8sm，草麻黄的体染色体数目2n＝28，核型公式2n＝4x＝28＝26m＋2st。

A Study on Karyotypes of Two Species in Ephedra |

| Abstract: | The karyotypes of E.przewalskii and E.sinica have been studied.The results show that the number of the somatic chromosomes of E.przewalskii is 14,and the karyotype formula is 2n=2x=14=6 m+8 sm,while the number of the somatic chromosomes of E.sinica is 28,and its karyotype formula is 2n=4x=26 m+2 st. |
