室温常压湿式催化氧化催化剂及废水脱臭研究

摘    要:炼油焦化废水中主要的恶臭物质为硫化物,本文用沉淀-浸渍法制备了湿式氧化催化剂Fe2O3-CeO2-TiO2/γ-Al2O3,并在室温常压下对模拟焦化废水进行了催化氧化脱臭处理。研究表明,适宜组成的Fe2O3-CeO2-TiO2/γ-Al2O3催化剂,具有较好的室温常压湿式催化氧化去除废水中硫化物的能力,Fe2O3、CeO2和TiO2等组分的适宜组成分别为3.5 wt%、1.6wt%和8.3 wt%。在废水pH为9~10、催化剂用量3 wt%、空气流量0.6 L.min-1/100 mL废水、反应时间90 min条件下,模拟焦化废水的硫化物转化率可达90%以上。废水的臭气强度可下降一级。

Abstract:Sulfide was a kind of key chemical substance with strong odor in oil refinery coking wastewater.The simulation coking wastewater containing sulfide was deodorized by catalytic wet air oxidation at room temperature and atmospheric pressure.The catalyst Fe2O3-CeO2-TiO2/γ-Al2O3 was prepared by precipitation-impregnation.The proper contents of Fe2O3,CeO2 and TiO2 were 3.5 wt%,1.6 wt% and 8.3 wt%,respectively.The experiments showed that the catalyst had higher catalytic activity for the oxidation reaction,and the conversion of sulfide in wastewater reached over 90% under the conditions of pH 9-10,catalyst dosage of 3 wt%,and 0.6 L·min-1air flow per 100 mL wastewater after reaction 90 min.The odor intensity of the wastewater might be down by one grade.
