| 摘 要： | 分析光接收机前置放大电路传输函烽与电路参数的关系，导出极点分布及对频率响应的影响。用实际电路论证，并用ＰＳＰＩＣＥ软件模拟作比较，提出了宽带光接收前置电路的构造和器件选择。

| Abstract: | The relation between circuit parmeters and gain function of preamplifier circuit in a broadband optical receiving terminal is analysed.The distribution of ploes is presented and its effect on the frequency response of the circuit is discussed.It is proved by some circuit examples and compared with the results of simlation on computer.Furthermore,the circuit structure and components selection are proposed in practical use under this analysis. |
