| 摘 要： | 面对全球服务业及旅游业的迅速发展和竞争的加剧，旅游饭店如何吸引人才、配置人才、管理人才、留住人才已日益成为它们发展的关键。本运用机会成本、边际效用、资源配置等经济学的有关原理，从饭店员工满意度的角度出发，提出人才配置的方法和措施。

| Abstract: | Faced with the rapid development and fierce competition of the worldwide services and tourism. It has become its developing key for tourist hotels on how to attract、distribute、manage and keep talents. The article has put forward some constructive ways on the disposition of talents, by using some relative economic principles, such as opportunity capital, margin effect, resourses disposition, etc, and from the aspect of the satisfaction of the hotel's staff. |
