| 摘 要： | 基于最大似然法、空间叠加技术和转移矩阵,提取1993、2001和2007年厦门市遥感影像土地利用信息.分析城市建设用地变化、城市扩展空间特点及其驱动力,探讨优化厦门市城市空间扩展的策略.结果表明:1993—2007年,土地利用发生变化的面积高达35.79%,其中1993—2001年的变化面积为2001—2007年的两倍多;14年间,建设用地面积扩展年变化率为6.35%,扩展面积中耕地所占比例超过50%;城市扩展的主要驱动力来自经济发展、人口增长、外商投资、政策法规及自然地理环境.

| Abstract: | Based on remote sensing images of 1993,2001 and 2007,land use information in Xiamen city was extracted by the methods of maximum-like,spatial overlay,and transfer matrix.The urban expanded areas of Xiamen from 1993 to 2007 were calculated.Moreover,the spatial characteristics and driving forces of urban expansion were also analyzed.At last,the spatial optimized strategies of urban expansion in Xiamen were discussed.The result revealed that the area of changed land use was about 35.79 % from 1993 to 2007,and ... |
