| 摘 要： | 建立了小城镇土地分等指标体系，提出了因子分析与聚类分析相结合的小城镇土地分等方法。在此基础上，以湘乡市13个建制镇为样本进行了实证研究，将湘乡市各建制镇划分为4个等级并确定了等别地价。

A Study on the Method for Land Grade for Different Small Towns and Evaluation for Land Grade Price--A Case Study on Organic Towns of Xiangxiang City in Hunan Province |

| Abstract: | Set up the index system of land grade for dif ferent small towns and proposes the method of land grade for different small tow ns and evaluation of land grade prices by combining factor analysis with cluster analysis.Then, thirteen organic towns of Xiangxiang city in Hunan are taken as speci mens for the case analysis.The result of study shows that thirteen organic towns of Xiangxiang city in Hunan can be divided into four grades and gives the price s of four land grades. |
