磁性蚯蚓纤溶酶脂质体的制备

摘    要:用超声法将磁流体和蚯蚓纤溶酶同时包入脂质体中,形成一种具有磁导向性能的溶栓药物──磁性蚯蚓纤溶酶脂质体。纤溶酶包封率达80%以上。在磁场作用下该脂质体定向聚集在血栓周围,脂质体破坏后释放出来的纤溶酶可以将血栓完全溶解。还介绍了一种简便、快速制备磁流体的方法。本系统对于制备水溶性药物的磁性脂质体可能有一定通用性。

Abstract:Magnetic fibrinolytic enzymes were prepared by encapsulation of both magnetite and earthw orm fibrinolytic enzymes in lipsomes made by ultrasonication. The efficiency of encapsulation was reached more than 8O%. The lipsomes could be localized and retained in the predetermined site (blood clot) by application of a permanent magnet.After the lipsomes being destroyed, the blood clot was totally dissolved by fibrinolytic enzymes released. The system used might become a common procedure for making magnetic lipsomes encapsulating aqueous medicine. A simple and rapid method for preparation of magnetite was also presented in the paper.
