摘    要:提出了一种基于循环平稳包络的心音分割算法,自动把第一心音(S1)和第二心音(S2)从每个周期中分别提取出来。计算心音信号的循环平稳包络,选择一个阈值来区分S1和S2。不需要参考信号,而且不受噪声干扰,即使是在有噪声的情况下,也能正确区分出S1和S2。处理了来自20个样本的心音信号(包括15个正常心音和5个异常心音,共715个周期),结果显示,分割的正确率超过96%。

Abstract:In this paper, a segmentation algorithm of heart sound based on cyclostationary envelopes is proposed, which can automatically extract the first heart sound S1 and the second S2 from every cycle. The cyclostationary envelopes of heart sound signals are calculated, and a threshold is chosen to separate S1 and S2. The segmentation is automatic, and robust to noise. It can identify S1 and S2 correctly even under the circumstance of noise and interference. No reference signal is needed for this segmentation. It was tested by the heart sounds of 20 subjects including 15 normal and 5 abnormal in various clinical cases (715 cycles in total). The statistics showed over 96 percent correctness for segmentation.
