| 摘 要： | 研究了ＺｒＯ２颗粒弥散ＭｏＳｉ２陶瓷的力学性能及氧化性能．结果表明，ＺｒＯ２颗粒同时实现了室温相变韧化和高温弥散强化双重作用，显著提高了复合材料的室温强韧性及高温强度，同时复合材料仍具有较优良的抗氧化性能．

| Abstract: | The mechanical properties and oxidation behavior of MoSi 2 ceramics dispersed by ZrO 2 particulates are investigated. The tests show that the composites with ZrO 2 particulates have improved. Both the phase transformation toughening and the dispersed strengthening. At the same time, the composites still have excellent properties of oxidation resistance. |
