摘    要:以3个胡枝子种为试材,分别以自然干旱和聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)溶液模拟干旱条件,对盆栽幼苗和离体枝条进行了含水率、脯氨酸含量及质膜透性的测定.试验结果表明,达乌里和短梗抗旱力较强,二色抗旱力较弱.其中,二色(冀)抗旱力相对较强,二色(美)、二色(辽)、二色(豫)较弱,质膜相对透性和脯氨酸积累宜作为幼苗抗旱力评价的指标.

Abstract:3 species of Lespedeza are studied as experiment materials in the research. Gradual drought of soil and polyethylene glycol(PEG6000) are used to simulate the drought. The water content, the differential permeability as well as the proline accumulation were also determined. The result showed that, L.davurica and L.cyrtobotrya have strong drought resistance, while L.bicolor are not able to resist the drought powerfully. Among of L.bicolor, L.bicolor(Hebei) have strong resistance, while L.bicolor(Henan), L.bicolor(Liaoning), L.bicolor(America) have weak resistance. The differential permeability and the proline accumulation could be well used to evaluate the ability of drought resistance.
