摘    要:以稀土元素的磨擦学应用为出发点,用四球机考察了自制的新型油容性润滑油极压抗磨剂-二烷基二硫代磷酸镧的减摩抗磨性能,用质谱仪模拟其摩擦分解过程,通过x射线光电子 仪和俄歇电子能对边界润滑状态下形成的磨斑表面膜元素组成及化学状态进行分析。提出了其摩擦化学反应机理。试验结果:这种添加剂使ISOVG68的摩擦因素明显降低的卡咬负荷提高2.2倍,主要原因是在摩擦过程中发生磨擦反应,生成了由La、La2O3、

Abstract:Aiming at the study of rare earth mischmetals as lubricant additives,an new oil-soluble lanthanum dialkldithiophosphate(LaDDP) is prepared as antiwear and extreme pressure additive,and its tribological performances are evaluated by four-ball mechine.The tribological decomposition reactions are simulated through mass spectroscopy.The tribochemical characteristics under boundary lubrication conditions are studied by means of AES and XPS.The tribological mechanism is suggested.The experimental results indicate that LaDDP possesses better lubrication ability than ZDDP.This can mainly be attributed to the formation of boundary film containing La,La 2O 3,FeS,sulphate,phosphate and lanthanum diffused layer.It indicates that the triblogical mechanism suggested is reasonable.
