信用缺失与诚信机制建设

当前,经济、政治、文化、社会领域存在着不同形式的信用缺失问题。我们在诚信建设中取得的成就是主流,但失信行为的负面影响也不可低估,必须下大力气加以治理。导致信用缺失的一个深层次原因是道德自律与社会诚信机制的各行其是。只有将自律教育机制同以契约为基础的诚信机制结合起来,才能在社会上彰显诚信的风气。

In the fields of economics,politics,culture and society there exist different forms of credit shortage.At present,the achievements we have made in credit construction are main current,but the bat effect of break one's promise shouldn't be underestimated,we must try our best to take measures.The cause that leads to people breaking their promises is that each goes its own way between morals of keeping within the bounds of oneself and social credit system.We should combine the educational system of keeping within the bounds of oneself with the credit system on the basis of contract.Only in this way can we expand the general mood of honesty and credit.
