| Abstract: | The filling and solidification process of die casting is analyzed by simulation with MAGMAsoft,and the casting and heat exchange systems are optimized.By monitoring and optimizing all the technological parameters involved,the defects are effectively prevented.On this basis,the simulation analysis method for high pressure aluminum alloy die casting is presented. |
