| 摘 要： | 在阐述MPEG-4视频编码原理的基础上,本文重点介绍方块DCT(离散余弦变换)变换编码算法在图像/视频压缩中的原理与重要地位,并研究了目前适合于MPEG-4标准的基于形状自适应离散余弦变换(Shape Adaptive DCT)的视频变换编码新方法。

| Abstract: | Based on video coding theory of MPEG-4,this article mainly introduces the block DCT(Discrete Cosin Transformation) arithmetic and its importance in picture/video compression,and finally researches the new video transformation coding method-Shape Adaptive DCT that is fit for MPEG-4 at the present time. |
