A Study of the Plan for Reconstruction of Jiangmen City

In the light of the notion that city planing has to be performed by the government, the author brings to surface the problems in Jiangmen's city reconstruction and, points out the principles and orientation of the reconstruction, that is, the reconstruction plan has to take into consideration the city's overall, co-ordinated and continuing development and, at the same time, the city's historical features have to be preserved.
