| 摘 要： | 通过对CMM与Agile开发模型的研究分析,吸取Agile开发的优点,提出在CMM中进行测试前移的方法,此方法采用测试人员与开发人员并行投入的方式,使测试人员在软件开发的分析设计阶段就大规模的投入,与开发人员形成互补,共同作出开发过程中每一阶段的决策,以保证软件开发中每阶段决策的正确性;通过测试人员全流程参与软件项目开发过程,最终达到软件开发过程中人员投入更为均衡、开发周期更短、软件质量更高.

| Abstract: | According to the research and analysis of CMM (Capability Maturity Model) and Agile development models,taking the advantages of Agile, an approach called ATS (Ahead Testing Stage) in CMM is proposed.
