摘    要:采用离子色谱法测定粤东凤凰茶主产区茶园土壤中的F-、Cl-、NO3-等3种阴离子含量,计算得其相对标准偏差分别为1.21%、2.87%和1.55%,方法的回收率在97.7%~102.8%之间.结果表明:离子色谱法能快速、准确测定土壤中阴离子含量;粤东茶园土壤中F-、Cl-、NO3-的含量处在一个较为合理的水平内.

Abstract:The ion chromatography method was used in determining the content of anions F-, Cl-, NO3- of soil in the main Fenghuang tea gardens in East Guangdong Province when the values of RSD were 1.21%, 2.87% and 1.55% and the values of recovery were in the range of 97.7%~102.8%. It is shown in experiments that ion chromatography method is efficient in determining the content of anions in the soil and the content of anions F-, Cl-, NO3- of soil in the main Fenghuang tea gardens in East Guangdong Province is within the reasonable range.
