| Abstract: | Summary Administration of exogenous prostaglandin E1 resulted in an increase in contractility of rat fundic muscle measured in vivo; a significant decrease in fundic tissue levels of cyclic-adenosine monophosphate and a significant increase in cyclic-guanosine monophosphate. |
