| 摘 要： | 为了解决城市物流中心单点选址问题,采用重心模型及经济分析法进行研究。构造初始重心模型,通过目标函数和资源点或需求的直线距离对模型优化;运用迭代法对优化模型求解,包括算法的自然语言描述和盒图表示的求解流程;运用费用现值法,构造现金流量图和评选模型,对求解得到的多个方案进行评选;针对实例对选址的全过程进行演练,得出最佳地址坐标和费用现值。结果表明:运用这种方法选址虽然准确性受到各种费用预测的影响,但仍比传统重心法具有明显的优越性。该成果对物流中心单点选址具有一定的参考价值,也可以推广到其他领域选址。
