IT在汽车零件业及时供货系统下之应用

汽车产业正积极导入及时生产(JIT)作业方式,其相关的上下游卫星厂商因此面临重大改革、挑战,如何快速反应将是汽车零件业生存之基本原则。基于此一困境,该文建构一以IT为基础的销售快速反应与预警系统,通过此系统之建立与使用,汽车零件业者将能有效地达到即时供货、加速物流传递以及改善库存过高或存货不足之窘境。而实际导入之案例公司,期交货达成率由原本的89%提高为98%,整理库存成本也由3 580万美元降低为2 430万美元,可知成效显著。

Application of IT in JIT material supplying system of an automobile parts industries

The major objective of Taiwan vehicle industry is to conduct the just in time(JIT) operation in their company.It makes the car relative component suppliers of the vehicle company encount serious challenge.However,quick response(QR) is the basic surviving principle of these suppliers.An IT-based sales QR and early warning system was established.Car relative component supplier not only can deliver their products on time,but also can accelerate their delivering process and control their stock effectively.In the real case study,the deliver rate rises to 98% from the original 89%,and the inventory cost has been cut down from 35.8 million dollars to 24.3 million dollars.
