尼那水电站受油器外操作油管漏油分析及处理

为了解决尼那水电站灯泡贯流式机组,在运行过程中受油器外操作油管与转子中心体联接法兰面处有油甩出,造成调速器油箱油位过低,定子浸油的现象,经过各方面的原因分析,根据实际情况在外操作油管与转子中心体法兰面加○型密封条,将连接螺栓外加焊保护罩、主轴与转子中心体法兰面组合缝处加焊环板封油的处理办法,解决了漏油问题。
