Abstract:The superconductors with nominal composition of Bi1.6Pb0.3. M0.1 Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy(M=Sb,Sn,In)are prepared by the solid state reaction method. The samples have gone through phase analyzing and the measurement of superconductivity. The results indicate the Sb doping is benificial to form the 2223 phase, and its T is 107K. In the doped-Sn sample the 2212 phase is predominant, and its T is 102K. In the doped-In sample two superconducting phases co-exist, and its T is 103K. Their different doping mechanisms are simply discussed.
