| 摘 要： | 人事档案作为档案中的一个重要门类,在档案管理的改革中相对滞后。民办高校人事档案管理对建立科学合理的用人机制意义重大,传统的档案管理已经远远跟不上时代发展的需要。本文简述了做好高校人事档案管理工作的重要意义,详细分析了民办高校人事档案管理方面存在的主要问题。并且进一步论述了民办高校人事档案管理需要在信息化建设、档案内容、开发利用等方面创新发展。
