| 摘 要： | 本文通过查阅相关的文献资料、走访有关的人士。从新疆青少年足球的概况入手,回顾不同时期新疆青少年足球运动员培养模式。从培养途径、管理模式角度对新疆青少年足球的培养进行分析,探讨其中的问题和不足,从而为更好地为促进新疆青少年足球运动的发展提供建议。

| Abstract: | With documents and interviews.We recalled training and management model of young football players.at different times in Xinjiang.through overview the yough football in XinJiang.In this works we analyze the development and cultivate pattern of the Xinjiang youth football player and explore the problems and deficiencies in order to give proposals.to better promote youth football development.in Xin Jiang Uguer Autonomous Region. |
