两种喷雾荷电方法的机理与试验研究

摘    要:研究压力喷雾荷电中两种主要荷电方法——在喷头上施加电压的直接荷电法和在喷头附近安置电晕电极的电晕荷电法的荷电机理;探讨荷电电压、雾化水压和雾化液体电导率等因素对雾滴荷质比的影响;建立了雾滴荷质比的经验公式.由试验结果和理论分析得到直接荷电法的机理是尖端效应,电晕荷电法的机理为碰撞荷电.将这两种荷电方法与感应荷电法进行了比较,指出了这三种荷电方法在消烟除尘中应用时的适用条件.

Abstract:The mechanism of pressure spraying droplets charged by applying high voltage to a nozzle directly or by a corona electrode discharging to the nozzle in spray charging is studied. The influences of the charged voltage, spraying water pressure and electrical conductivity of the droplets on the charge-to-mass ratio (CMR) of the drops are also investigated. Empirical formula for CMR are proposed after a large number of tests. Experimental results and theoretical work show that the mechanisms of the direct charging and the corona charging are respectively the tip effect and collision effect. Conditions under which the two charging methods and the method by induction can be used for precipitation are given.
