浓缩果汁的流动特性

摘    要:本文介绍了浓缩葡萄汁和浓缩澄汁两种不同类型的浓缩果汁的流动特性以及温度和浓度对流动特性的影响.给出了粘度和浓度变化的方程式,及在一定温度范围内方程中的各参数值.

Abstract:The flowing behaviour of two types of concentrated fruit juice, both grape juice and orange juice, have been discussed in this paper. The effects of temperature and concentration on flowing behaviour were discussed too. It gives the relationships of the variation of visocity with temperature and concentration, as vell tas he parameters for relationships over a specific range of temperature.
