| Abstract: | The flowing behaviour of two types of concentrated fruit juice, both grape juice and orange juice, have been discussed in this paper. The effects of temperature and concentration on flowing behaviour were discussed too. It gives the relationships of the variation of visocity with temperature and concentration, as vell tas he parameters for relationships over a specific range of temperature. |
