双十字轴万向节传动力学建模与仿真

摘    要:通过对典型双十字轴万向节传动空间运动约束分析,分别建立了万向节传动系统运动学和动力学模型;利用数值仿真分析软件,观察到万向节传动运动存在简谐特性,在车辆加速工况和准静态工况下,万向节传动支反力也存在周期简谐特性.分析得到的结论与传统矢量分析方法的结论相吻合;文中的建模和仿真分析方法为传统件结构的疲劳设计和失效分析提供了理论定量分析依据;对车辆中其他型式的万向节传动设计和研究具有参考价值.

Abstract:By analyzing the general space constraint equations of the automotive driveline with double cross universal joints and numerous supporting conditions, kinematical and dynamic models of the system were developed. By using of commercial simulation softwares, the harmonic characteristics in nature of the system were found, which are in good agreement with the conventional conclusions and test results. The modeling method is also fit to research and improve the dynamic performance of the similar drivelines with double cross universal joints in vehicle.
